Wagdolls orders are subject to the following shipping rates based on the order amount: Orders up to $49.99 = $8.95 shipping Order between $50.00 and $74.99 = $10.95 shipping Order between $75.00 and $99.99 = $12.95 shipping Order between $100.00 and $149.99 = $14.95 shipping Order between $150.00 and $199.99 = $16.95 shipping Orders over $200 = $18.95 shipping These shipping rates are for standard shipping only. For delivery to the continental US, orders should arrive within 2-5 business days. At present, Wagdolls.com does not offer expedited or international shipping. If you would like your Wagdolls order to be expedited or shipped to an international location outside of the United States and Canada, please contact customer service at sales@wagdolls.com. Returns: For returns within 14 days of receiving item: If returned with receipt, the purchase sales price less a 20% restocking fee will be credited to credit card account used for purchase. If returned without receipt, the current sales price less a 20% restocking fee will be credited as a store credit. Returns made between 14-30 days of receiving item: If returned with receipt, the purchase sales price less a 50% restocking fee will be credited to credit card account used for purchase. If returned without receipt, the current sales price less a 50% restocking fee will be credited as a store credit. Exchanges: All items must be returned in new and unused condition with original packaging and tags intact. No returns or exchanges on custom made orders. All items require a Return Authorization Number (RNA). Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving item. First exhange: Purchase price and shipping and handling fee value will be credited towards the exchange item. Additional balance from the exchange plus new shipping and handling costs will be charged to the buyer. Additional exchanges: Only purchase price value will be credited towards new exchange. Shipping and handling will be at the buyer's expense. Defective Items & Repairs: All items require a Return Authorization Number (RNA). Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving item. WagDolls retains the right to examine and verify defect and prescribing remedy. Defective items will be repaired or exchanged at WagDoll's expense. WagDolls will be responsible for shipping and handling of repaired/new item. Cancellations: Within 24 hours notice, full cancellation is accommodated. After 24-hours, orders will be processed and subject to the above return/exchange policies. |
